Provides toolkit components for the regex-base ecosystem in Haskell. It supports shared pieces used by multiple regular expression backends and compatibility layers.
It is useful for libraries that build on Text.Regex APIs or need to support different regex engines. It is a developer library and not an interactive regular expression tester.
