Provides Haskell support for handling Jira wiki markup. Applications can use it to parse, transform, or generate the text format used in Jira issue descriptions and comments.
This is useful for migration tools, report generators, integrations, and automation around Jira content. It is a library dependency and does not add a Jira client interface.
