Provides Haskell types and utilities for working with IP routing table concepts. Code can use it to represent, compare, and process IP routes and network ranges.
It is useful for network tools, servers, firewalls, diagnostics, or libraries that need routing-aware logic. It is a programming library and does not configure the system routing table by itself.
