Description
Haskell bindings for GIO, the GNOME library for application services such as files, streams, settings, actions, resources, and asynchronous operations. They let Haskell applications integrate with common GLib and GNOME platform services.
Developers use them in Linux desktop applications and service-aware tools. GIO APIs can touch files, portals, network resources, and user settings, so permission and error handling should be deliberate.
