Description

Robot behavior, sensors, worlds, and physics interactions can be tested in the Gazebo Sim 8 open source simulation environment.

It is useful for robotics projects that target this simulator generation and need repeatable tests before moving to real machines. Simulation lowers hardware risk, but model accuracy, physics settings, plugins, and real-world differences still determine how useful the result is.
