Boss GT-100 guitar effects settings can be edited from a desktop MIDI editor. It is useful for guitarists who want to organize patches and effect parameters from the computer instead of only using the hardware panel.
MIDI editors can overwrite device patches or settings. Back up presets before sending changes to the effects processor.
