Description

Legacy GStreamer 0.10 pipelines can use VA-API based video acceleration plugins. It is useful for old applications that need hardware-assisted video processing through the 0.10 framework.

Hardware video plugins depend on driver support and an obsolete media stack. Prefer newer GStreamer VA-API support when possible.
