Libraries shared by GStreamer's bad plugin set. They provide support code used by less mature or more specialized media plugins that are still useful to applications and pipelines.
Most users receive them as dependencies of GStreamer plugin packages. Developers need them when building software that links against these GStreamer support libraries.
