Description

DNS requests can be filtered through a local proxy to block known advertising and malware domains. It is useful for users or administrators who want network-level filtering without changing every application separately.

DNS filtering can break sites, change network behavior, and expose browsing patterns to the configured resolver. Review blocklists and resolver settings before using it on shared or production networks.
