Description
Connects Perl programs to the legacy GNOME VFS file access layer. It is useful for maintaining old GNOME desktop utilities written in Perl that still expect Gnome2-VFS APIs.
This is a compatibility binding for developers, not a user-facing application. New projects should use modern GLib/GIO file APIs instead of building on the deprecated GNOME VFS stack.
