Description
The Activities button can be hidden from the GNOME top bar for a cleaner layout. It is useful for users who open the overview with keyboard shortcuts, hot corners or gestures instead.
Hiding visible navigation controls can make the desktop harder for others to use. Keep another obvious path to the overview if the machine is shared.
