Description
Hibernate can be added to GNOME system actions so the machine can save session state to disk and power off. It is useful for users whose hardware and swap setup support reliable hibernation.
Hibernation can fail if firmware, encryption, swap or drivers are misconfigured. Test recovery before trusting it with unsaved work.
