Description
The on-screen keyboard can be forced to appear even when GNOME does not detect touch mode. It is useful for accessibility needs, convertible devices or setups where automatic detection fails.
Forced keyboard behavior can cover windows or interfere with normal typing. Test it with password prompts and the applications you use often.
