Description
GNOME's remote desktop server component, used to share or access the desktop through supported remote desktop protocols. It enables screen sharing and remote control features from the GNOME settings workflow.
Use it only when you intentionally need remote access. Remote desktop can expose the screen and input control, so require trusted networks, strong authentication, and careful sharing settings.
