Selected image areas can become new layers without losing their original position. The plugin helps artists isolate parts of a composition for separate editing, duplication, masking, or rearrangement.
It works inside GIMP and changes layer structure. Use layer names and copies when editing complex files so copied or cut selections remain easy to track.
