A lightweight cross-platform GUI toolkit used by developers to build desktop applications. It provides widgets, windows, menus, drawing support, and related pieces for programs written mainly in C++.
Install it when an application needs FLTK or when developing software with this toolkit. It does not add a user-facing program by itself; applications built with it provide the visible interface.
