Storage devices and filesystems can be benchmarked with scriptable I/O workloads for performance and reliability investigations.
This is a low-level benchmark tool. Test plans can stress disks heavily and may destroy data if pointed at the wrong target, so use dedicated test files or devices.
This Git package follows development changes and may be less predictable than a stable release.
