Tabbed window management becomes available for X11 users who want a lightweight ICCCM/EWMH-aware environment instead of a full desktop shell.
This is a window manager. It changes how application windows are placed, focused, and controlled, so test it in a session before making it the default.
This Git package follows development changes, so it is better for testing current window-manager behavior than for conservative desktops.
