Text editing, programming, shells, and extensible editor workflows can run in a full Emacs variant built from development code. This build enables PGTK and IGC for users testing newer graphics and garbage-collection behavior.
This is a complete editor application. It can run Lisp extensions, shell commands, build tools, and file operations, so configuration and installed packages should be treated as executable behavior.
