Extra elementary-style icons fill gaps in the Freya desktop theme so applications and file types can look more consistent with the rest of the system.
This is a visual theme package, not an application. After installation, the icons are used by the desktop theme or selected through appearance settings; it does not create a launcher or change application behavior beyond their icons.
