Description

Application CPU and disk I/O priority can be adjusted automatically while programs run. It is useful for users who want background jobs to interfere less with interactive desktop work.

Priority daemons can make applications slower or affect system responsiveness if rules are wrong. Test with noncritical workloads and keep a way to disable the daemon.
