Description
Timers can be started and watched from the command line. It is useful for terminal users timing focus sessions, builds, cooking breaks, presentations, or short reminders.
CLI timers do not replace alarms that must survive logout, suspend, or terminal closure. Use a system alarm for critical reminders.
