Description
Image similarity can be measured from C code using a DSSIM implementation. It is useful for developers building visual regression tests, image comparison tools, or perceptual quality checks.
Similarity metrics do not replace human review for every visual change. Calibrate thresholds with representative images before using results to accept or reject output automatically.
