Description

Manages diskless remote boot and operating system deployment across many Linux clients. It is useful for labs, classrooms, clusters, and managed environments where machines boot or install from a central server.

Use it only when administering multiple client machines. Network boot and mass deployment can overwrite systems or expose images, so plan DHCP, storage, permissions, and backups carefully.
