Description
Provides legacy DocBook SGML 3.1 definitions for old documentation projects. It allows older SGML-based manuals and build systems to validate against the historical DocBook rule set.
Use it only when maintaining legacy documentation. New projects should normally use modern XML-based DocBook or another current documentation format.
