Description
Torrent session state is less likely to be left locked when the desktop shuts down or restarts. It is useful for users who keep Deluge running during normal desktop use and want a cleaner shutdown path.
This systemd service is marked out of date in AUR metadata and only helps with shutdown handling. It does not change torrent privacy, network exposure, or the legal status of downloaded content.
