Album and track loudness can be measured for more consistent playback volume in DeaDBeeF. It helps reduce the need to adjust volume manually when songs were mastered at different levels.
This plugin scans audio and stores ReplayGain information for the player to use. It is meant for users who manage a local music library and may write loudness metadata depending on configuration.
