Adds the GSSAPI mechanism for Cyrus SASL, commonly used with Kerberos-style single sign-on environments. It lets compatible services authenticate users through existing enterprise identity infrastructure.
Most users install it only when a server or client explicitly needs GSSAPI authentication. Correct realm, ticket, and service configuration is important, because authentication failures can be difficult to diagnose.
