Description

Linux performance can be sampled at high frequency to reveal short CPU bursts and scheduling behavior. It is useful for engineers investigating latency, contention, or workload spikes that slower monitors miss.

High-frequency monitoring can add overhead and produce large output. Use targeted runs and avoid collecting sensitive command lines or workload data in shared reports.
