Creates a tunnel that lets SSH connect through HTTP proxies. It is useful in restricted networks where direct SSH traffic is blocked but an HTTP proxy is available.
Use it only where this network behavior is allowed by policy. Proxy tunneling can bypass intended network controls, so confirm authorization before using it.
