Advanced Masks ships in the Flathub but the upstream metadata does not include a long description. Consult the package page or the project source at https://github.com/FiniteSingularity/obs-advanced-masks for the complete feature list, supported workflows and installation requirements. It is distributed under the GPL-2.0 license. Sources can be inspected and rebuilt locally following the standard Flathub workflow.
