Description
Software projects can be configured and generated for multiple native build systems through the development version of CMake. It is useful for developers testing current build-system behavior before stable releases.
Git builds of core build tools can affect every project that uses them. Prefer stable CMake for production builds unless testing upstream changes is intentional.
