Coordinates management modules, cluster status, and API access for Ceph administration. It is useful on storage clusters that need dashboards, orchestrator integration, telemetry, or management services around the core daemons.
Manager modules can expose network services and change how a cluster is administered. Review enabled modules, credentials, firewall rules, and access policy before enabling it broadly.
