Description
Low-latency audio communication can be supported by applications that use the CELT codec. It is meant for real-time voice or audio transmission where delay matters more than ordinary file playback.
This is a codec library, not an app to open. Users normally receive it as a dependency of communication, streaming, or media software that needs compatible low-delay audio encoding or decoding.
