Measures how HTTP services behave under load by sending many requests and reporting performance. It is useful for developers and administrators testing APIs, websites, and backend services they own or are authorized to assess.
Run it from the terminal and point it only at systems where load testing is permitted. High request rates can disrupt services, trigger rate limits, or look like abusive traffic on networks you do not control.
