Rust projects can be cross-compiled to Windows MSVC targets with the development version of cargo-xwin. It is useful for developers testing newer cross-compilation behavior before a stable package.
This is cross-compilation tooling from source control. Validate toolchain downloads, target settings, and produced binaries before distributing Windows builds.
