Video frame interpolation can create smoother motion by generating in-between frames with a CAIN model accelerated through ncnn and Vulkan. It is useful for users processing videos or image sequences on compatible GPUs.
This is a command-line video processing tool, not a video editor. Results may introduce visual artifacts, and GPU acceleration depends on Vulkan driver support.
