Media data from BitTorrent can be exposed over HTTP for players that do not speak torrent protocols directly. It is useful for advanced users experimenting with torrent-backed playback.
Torrent streaming can expose IP activity and may involve copyrighted content. Follow local law and restrict access to the HTTP endpoint.
