New user accounts can receive the expected BigLinux starter configuration from skeleton files. This helps the desktop, shell, applications, and default folders begin with the distribution's chosen behavior.
It is setup data, not a separate app. The main effect appears when creating users or building images, and changing these files can alter the first experience new accounts receive.
