Description

Evolutionary hypotheses can be analyzed with Bayesian sampling of phylogenetic trees. It is useful for researchers studying sequence evolution, divergence times, and population history.

Bayesian phylogenetic analysis is computationally intensive and model-sensitive. Document priors, data, random seeds, and convergence checks for reproducible research.
