Description
Provides an encoder and decoder for the ITU G.729 Annex A/B speech codec. Voice and VoIP applications can use it to process compressed speech streams in compatible communication workflows.
Install it when software specifically needs G.729 codec support. It is a codec library and does not provide a complete phone or call application by itself.
