Energy landscapes can be analyzed to find stable states and the barriers between them. It is mainly useful in scientific workflows, especially RNA structure analysis, where researchers compare possible configurations and transition paths.
This is a command-line research tool. Most users only need it when following a bioinformatics workflow, reproducing a paper, or processing landscape data generated by related ViennaRNA tools.
