Description
Packages and their dependencies can be downloaded in a portable workflow without relying directly on pacman. It is useful for Arch-based users preparing package sets for offline systems, mirrors, or controlled installs.
Downloaded packages should still be verified before installation. Dependency resolution does not guarantee that a target system is safe or compatible.
