Description

Atmel AVR ISP programmers can receive udev rules that make the hardware easier for normal tools to detect and access. It is useful when firmware flashing workflows need predictable permissions for supported programmer devices.

This is system configuration, not an application. Device access rules can affect who may communicate with programming hardware, so they should match the machine's trust model.
