Supplies the GNU C Library for ARM Linux hard-float cross-compilation targets. It lets cross-built programs link against the C runtime expected on compatible ARM Linux systems.
Target C libraries must match the ABI, kernel expectations, and deployment environment. Mismatches can cause runtime crashes or subtle behavior differences on the target device.
