Description
Creates, lists, tests, and extracts files in the legacy ARJ archive format. It is mainly useful when you need to open old compressed archives or exchange files with systems that still use ARJ.
Most users only need it for compatibility. For everyday compression, newer formats such as ZIP, 7z, tar, or zstd are usually easier to support.
