Handles ARIB STD-B25 processing used with Japanese digital TV MPEG transport streams. Media tools and broadcast-related applications can use it as a backend component for compatible content.
Install it only when another TV, tuner, or media package needs B25 support. It is not a standalone player, recorder, or channel scanner.
