Adds SDDM login-screen themes adapted from Arch Linux themes originally made for KDM. It helps users or administrators customize the graphical login manager with Arch branding.
Display-manager theme changes affect the login screen before the desktop starts. Keep a fallback login path available before changing SDDM theme configuration.
