Description
Adds an Arch Linux-themed Balou splash screen for Xfce4 sessions. It is useful for users who want the Xfce startup splash to match an Arch-branded desktop appearance.
It changes only the splash theme used during session startup. If the theme does not appear, check Xfce session and splash-screen settings rather than looking for a separate application.
