Description
Converts animated Windows cursor themes into the Linux Xcursor format so they can be used by desktop environments and cursor theme tools. It is useful for themers who want to adapt existing cursor artwork for Linux.
Use it from the terminal on cursor theme files you are allowed to modify or redistribute. Converted themes still need to be installed or selected through the desktop's cursor settings.
